Introduction and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Xen Trips website, operated by Banu Sami FZ LLC ("Xen Trips", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept these terms. Where these terms describe how a booking will work, they set out the terms that will apply once booking is available on Xen Trips; booking is not yet live.

Who we are and the agency relationship

Xen Trips is a brand operated by Banu Sami FZ LLC, registered in RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone), United Arab Emirates, under trade licence 5037678. Xen Trips does not hold a Dubai DET travel licence, IATA accreditation, ATOL protection, or membership of any travel trade association.

For flights booked through Xen Trips, Xen Trips will act as merchant of record and will sell flights supplied by third-party airlines and travel suppliers ("Suppliers"). The contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline; Xen Trips arranges the booking and processes payment on the airline's behalf.

Fares, taxes and currency

Fares shown on Xen Trips are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) and include the taxes and fees known to us at the time of display. Fares are supplied by airlines and can change at any time before payment; where a booking flow is available, the fare will be rechecked with the airline immediately before payment is taken, and any change will be shown to you before you are charged.

Changes and cancellations

Once bookings are available, changes and cancellations to a ticket will be governed by the fare rules and conditions set by the operating airline, which will be shown before you pay and again on your booking confirmation. Airline change and cancellation fees, where applicable, will be passed on to you.

Payment

Once available, payment will be processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card details will be sent directly to that provider and will not be stored on Xen Trips systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or automated data extraction outside of any published API, or submitting false or fraudulent information.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Xen Trips name, logo and design, is owned by or licensed to Banu Sami FZ LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Xen Trips arranges bookings with third-party Suppliers and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service standards of those Suppliers, including flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes made by the airline. To the extent permitted by the regulations of RAKEZ, or to the extent these do not apply, the federal law of the United Arab Emirates, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the regulations of RAKEZ, or to the extent these do not apply, the federal law of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version took effect.
