How booking works

  1. Search and compare a final price

    Filter by time, airline and cabin. Every price already includes taxes and fees. No money moves yet.

  2. Review the breakdown, add travellers

    See the full fare breakdown and enter passenger details. Still no charge at this point.

  3. Pay and receive your ticket

    Your fare is rechecked with the airline one last time, then payment is taken and the ticket is issued.

Booking flights from the UAE: what to know

Fares change with demand, so the price you see today is not guaranteed until it is rechecked with the airline at payment. Booking a little earlier and flying on a weekday typically costs less, and prices shown here already include the airline's taxes and fees. There is nothing extra added at checkout.

Does the price I see include taxes and fees?

When booking opens, every fare shown, from search results through to checkout, will include the airline's taxes and fees, with nothing extra added at checkout. Xen Trips is currently pre-launch and does not sell tickets yet, so no fare shown today can be booked.

Can the price change after I search?

Airline fares can move at any time, so once booking opens, we will recheck your fare with the airline immediately before payment is taken and show you any change before you pay. Xen Trips is currently pre-launch and does not take payments yet.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Once booking opens, you will be able to sign in and open Manage a booking to view your itinerary and available options, with change and cancellation rules set by the airline and shown on your booking. Xen Trips is currently pre-launch, so there are no bookings to manage yet.

Is it safe to pay with my card on Xen Trips?

When booking opens, card details will be sent directly to our PCI-compliant payment provider and will never be stored on Xen Trips systems. Xen Trips is currently pre-launch and does not accept card payments yet.
